Job Description:
We are looking for multiple Pool Technicians and Pool Cleaners to service properties in the Shreveport/Bossier area. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces
Test and balance water chemistry
Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in pool maintenance is a plus but not required (training available)
Ability to work independently and follow schedules
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
