Hourly Rate: $16-$20/hr DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. This position involves setting up machinery, assessing product quality, and maintaining equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications into the computer.
• Regularly assess the quality of products, identifying any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections and routine cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks on equipment to maintain high performance and prevent downtime.
• Complete productivity reports after each shift, detailing the number of parts or products produced.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with the equipment as they arise.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control or a similar role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to maintain consistent work performance.
