Location: Bossier City

Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mold press machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate any technical problems to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.
• Accurately complete production and quality control documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening (DS) at the facility.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [insert weight], and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically operating mold press machines.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
