Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $13.06/hr

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing assistance with billing inquiries, service cut-ons, and service transfers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers.

  • Assist customers with billing questions and issues.

  • Manage service cut-ons and coordinate service transfers.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service.

  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
