  • Base Salary: $4,500 per month

  • Additional Compensation: 25% net profit at the end of the year

Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading a team of up to 8 employees, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automobile industry, a strong ability to manage people, and a proven track record in sales. The position requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 8 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.

  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet company targets.

  • Provide training and development for staff to enhance their skills and ensure effective teamwork.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.

  • Monitor financial performance and work toward achieving store profit goals.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the automobile industry.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Ability to handle sales operations and drive performance.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

  • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.

  • Must be able to work 45-55 hours per week.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
