Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Alexandria, LA
Base Salary: $4,500 per month
Additional Compensation: 25% net profit at the end of the year

Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading a team of up to 8 employees, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automobile industry, a strong ability to manage people, and a proven track record in sales. The position requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 8 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Implement strategies to drive sales and meet company targets.
Provide training and development for staff to enhance their skills and ensure effective teamwork.
Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
Monitor financial performance and work toward achieving store profit goals.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the automobile industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle sales operations and drive performance.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
Must be able to work 45-55 hours per week.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
