    Job Title: Licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Direct Hire 

    Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year + Benefits + Quarterly Bonuses 

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a Direct-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) License and have experience managing commercial insurance accounts. Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a strong plus.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and handling renewals.
    • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information, policy documentation, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
    • Stay current on industry regulations and maintain compliance with all applicable insurance standards.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and team performance goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
    • Prior experience in a commercial insurance CSR role is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency with Applied Epic software is a strong plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
