• General Responsible for properly operating and maintaining equipment and tools related to the job 
• Responsible for meeting the safety standards of the department, including the use of personal protective equipment for different job tasks according to company policies and practices. 
• Works within the Quality System. 
• Required to attend company training, safety & tech. programs, 
• Specific Shifters should be responsible for executing all the corrective maintenance to keep equipment utilization at maximum capacity for production plans. 
• Support with preventive work orders scheduled on shift. 
• BMGS should be responsible for the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, in terms of quantity and opportunity, supporting the monitoring and control of maintenance plans in order to maintain equipment standards of conservation and improvement and support with corrective maintenance on the important failures on the plant. 
• Use SAP System and E-Merge
• Perform all types of maintenance and repairs associated with their profession or specialty. (Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Hydraulic, etc.). 
• Perform inspection and activities regarding overall Plant Maintenance Asset Conservation.
• Communicate detailed and accurate data regarding delays and failures. 
• Able to read blueprints, sketches, tables, and schematics. 
• Give support to the reliability technical groups in all areas when opportunity and priorities are completed.
