Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join a well-established company in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and be comfortable with all aspects of surface preparation and painting. This is a full-time position with steady hours and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and taping as needed
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes
• Paint various materials and surfaces throughout the building
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment as appropriate
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional painting experience
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience with paint mixing and application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
