General job description
- Will work the Dupont work schedule.
- Will be responsible for properly operating and maintaining equipment and tools related to job.
- Responsible for meeting the safety standards of his department including the use of personal protective equipment for different job tasks according to the company policies and practices.
- Works within the Quality System.
- Required to attend company training, safety & technician programs.
- Specific Shifters should be responsible for executing all the corrective maintenance to keep equipment utilization at maximum capacity for production plans.
- Support with preventive work orders schedule on shift.
- BMGS should be responsible for the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, in terms of quantity and opportunity, supporting the monitoring and control of maintenance plans in order to maintain equipment standards of conservation and improvement and support with corrective maintenance on the important failures on the plant.
- Use SAP System and E-Merge
All Positions: Perform all types of maintenance and repairs associated with their profession or specialty. (Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Hydraulic, etc.). Perform inspection and activities regarding overall Plant Maintenance Asset Conservation. Communicate detailed and accurate data regarding delays and failures. Able to read blueprints, sketches, tables and schematics. Give supports to the reliability technical groups in all areas when opportunity and priorities are completed.
Education or Level of Education: Minimum level of formal education required for the position
Secondary: Two years of technical school in electrical or electronic technology
Professional Experience: Positions and minimum time required in each one to initially occupy the position
Experience: Maintenance
Years of experience: 3 to 5 years as an electric technician on industrial company.
Must be able to pass required Pre-Employment screens.
