General Labor

We are looking for a motivated and skilled General Laborer to join our car crushing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the setup, cleanup and execution of car crushes at various locations throughout South Florida, Georgia and Alabama. The candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to, preparing the crush site, loading and unloading equipment, and general labor work. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of the crush site, including but not limited to, setting up barriers, cones, and other safety equipment as needed Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment Operate various hand and power tools as required Assist with the cleanup of the crush site, including but not limited to, removing debris and equipment Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel throughout South Florida, Georgia and Alabama Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a similar environment, such as construction or landscaping Experience operating hand and power tools Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
