Machine Operator

We have an immediate opening for a Machine Operator who is mechanically inclined. The person will be responsible for running various roll-form machines, programming and making adjustments, performing minor and significant troubleshooting and maintenance, and other duties as required. The machines were manufactured in Vietnam and support will come from that country. The ideal candidate should be bilingual and have strong communication in English and Vietnamese. Duties: Inspect and document the condition of the machines daily. Address or report any issues with the machine to upper management. Load the cold steel rolls, set the parameters, and follow the protocols to start the machines. Control and load the finished products into stacks. Perform general cleaning and other duties to ensure a clean and safe work area. Perform general routine maintenance on the machines. Other duties as needed or requested by management. Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform other physical activities. Must be able to safely lift 40+ lbs. Must be able to work in an industrial environment with loud noises, fast pace equipment, and non-climate control. Must be able to work long hours and weekends if required. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Must be able to understand and speak Vietnamese.
