Job Title: Production Worker – Box Manufacturing (Warehouse) Job Type: Temporary Shift: 2-2-3 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing boxes and performing general warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient production and flow of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and general warehouse knowledge, with a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Box Production: Operate machinery and tools to assemble, fold, and shape boxes according to customer specifications. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and prepare materials needed for production, ensuring they meet quality standards. Quality Control: Inspect completed boxes for defects, ensuring they meet production and quality standards. Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, including storage areas, production lines, and equipment. Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing inventory of raw materials and finished products. Machine Operation: Safely operate production machinery such as box formers, die-cutting machines, and other related equipment. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products for shipment. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other warehouse staff to meet production goals and deadlines. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: General Warehouse Experience: Prior experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately measure, assemble, and inspect products. Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform simple measurements and calculations for production purposes. Equipment Handling: Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (preferred but not required), and production machinery. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with coworkers. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
