Job Title: Hi Lo Operator Location: Wixom, MI. Pay: $17.00/HR Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Hi Lo Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the loadingm unloading merchandise througout the warehouse and other duties requested by management. Key Responsibilities: Efficient Materials Handling: Execute the safe and organized handling of materials, emphasizing the use of Hilo driver technology to enhance precision and efficiency. Timely Fulfillment and Delivery: Collaborate with team members to ensure the prompt fulfillment and delivery of products, utilizing Hilo driver expertise for streamlined loading and unloading processes. Goal-Oriented Teamwork: Work closely with team members to achieve established goals, utilizing effective communication and leveraging Hilo driver capabilities to optimize workflow. Precise Loading and Unloading: Operate Hilo driver equipment to load and unload pallets and individual cases onto/from trucks. Additionally, collect empty pallet boards and transport them to designated storage areas. Order Accuracy and Technology Utilization: Employ required technology to pick appropriate cases according to order specifications, maintaining a focus on accuracy and utilizing Hilo driver tools effectively. Safe Forklift Operation: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by operating a forklift in adherence to established protocols and following proper training procedures. Weekly Product Inventory Assistance: Support the inventory process by actively participating in weekly product inventory activities, employing attention to detail and Hilo driver expertise as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience operating Hilo driver equipment. Forklift certification and training. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
