We are urgently hiring MSHA-certified General Laborers to support our clients' industrial sites. If you are physically strong, safety-conscious, and ready to tackle demanding tasks, this job is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Industrial Clean-Up – Perform hands-on labor to maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Heavy Lifting – Handle single-person lifts up to 75 lbs. and team lifts exceeding 100 lbs.
- Physical Endurance – Be prepared to stand for long hours, walk long distances, and climb inclines.
- Equipment Handling – Use shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, and pneumatic air tools safely and efficiently.
- Work at Heights & Confined Spaces – Comfortably work at several stories high and in tight spaces using fall protection gear.
- Safety Gear & Procedures – Wear respiratory equipment and adhere to all MSHA safety protocols.
- Hazard Identification – Spot potential risks and report them immediately.
- Waste Disposal & Site Maintenance – Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with crew members to get the job done right!
What You Need to Succeed:
- MSHA Certification (Mandatory) – You must be MSHA-certified to qualify, this is training provided with our office.
- Ability to Handle Physically Demanding Work – This job requires strength, endurance, and attention to safety.
- Strong Work Ethic – Reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a high-performance team.
- Experience with Industrial Tools – Familiarity with air-powered tools and equipment maintenance is a plus.
