Position Overview: The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR department in daily operations while gaining exposure to various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documents and scheduling orientations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry into HR systems.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college or some college education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
