ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Inspect automotive parts and components to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issues
- Deliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departments
- Promote and adhere to strict health & safety policies for a safe working environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sharp attention to detail — your inspections help ensure road safety!
- Solid English communication skills
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ability to stay on your feet for up to 10 hours
- Frequent movement, bending, and reaching as needed
- Regular use of hands for precise, repetitive tasks
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16/hr
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $16/hr
Work week is 5–6 days, with rotating days off.
