| Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (REMOTE) Our client has an exciting new opportunity with our Military Landing Gear Product Area for a Senior Manager, Finance FP&A. The position will be remote. What the Military Landing Gear Finance team is looking for and Role Expectations: - SAP/ One Stream system and forecasting experience. - The ability to review, analyze, and interpret data to develop observations and recommendations to present to leadership. - Prepare standard FP&A materials for inclusion in closing and forecast packages and LRP presentations on key variances, assumptions, and communication to drive business decisions. - Coordination and financial analysis supporting the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process. - Business partner between Operations, Supply chain, SIOP and Accounting. - Ad hoc analysis to support the Military Landing Gear CFO respond to leadership requests. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 10+ years of applicable experience; OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of applicable experience. - High level of SAP proficiency, knowledge and experience. - Expert level of Excel proficiency to improve current reporting capabilities. |
