Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Clerical, customer service or related experience

• Proficient computer skills including (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Possess a valid driver’s license with no major infractions

• Experience supporting a team in a municipal, engineering, construction or related industry


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Support, you’ll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services – uninterrupted. Based in US FL Pembroke Pines, you’ll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks for municipal services. You’ll receive or initiate customer contact in order to resolve complaints; process customer billing activities, cash receipts and related reporting; maintain complaint tracking records and work order system to insure timely, efficient and complete service; answer telephones; receive and route messages; handle requests for meter reads, load and unload readings; and receive, log, and dispatch waterline marking requests. You’ll also maintain contact with field maintenance personnel to relay information and dispatch maintenance requests; operate computer terminal to enter and track information, produce reports, maintain customer service account records, enter and close out service tracking records to ensure timely and accurate installation process, general office tasks; and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team.
