Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from ABET Accredited University

* Seven (7) or more years of practical application of ultrapure water facilities/equipment engineering, including Clarification, Filtration, Polish, UV, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, storage, distribution and delivery.

Skills needed to be successful are:


* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

* An understanding of design project delivery processes,

* with 5 years of experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and leadership experience


* Three (3) or more years of experience working with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools either their manufacture, installation, or use in cleanrooms

* Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD software

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas

* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

* Passion for buildings and construction

* Two (2) years field experience

* PE license not required


Other Requirements:

* Location: This is a hybrid position requiring you to travel to client site in Boise, Idaho. Travel is ~10%.

* Physical Requirements: Position requires visits and walks

* At an active client site in various stages of construction. Applicant must be able to walk long distances, sit and stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, climb ladders, work on catwalks, work in small spaces, lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Process UPW Lead/Owner's Representative


As the facilities Ultra-Pure Water Engineering Owner’s Representative, you will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ manufacturing in Boise, ID. You and the other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – in this role you would work on the client’s behalf to review designs, specs and drawings – provide feedback and comment.


The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with client and site personnel, driving design and construction documents through the review process with a team. This position is based in North America.


Primary duties include the following:

* You will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ manufacturing. You and the other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and review construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools and facilities infrastructure high purity water systems.

* Technical engineering responsibilities include design review and oversight for piping and interface for ultrapure water (UPW) equipment in filtering, heating, cooling, exhaust of UPW equipment and associated process chemicals and gasses in some of the most complex, densely packed industrial facilities on the planet. The design may include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate tool installation including engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection, and specification, and support during construction and integration into the factory.

* As the UPW representative on a multi-discipline design team, you will work directly with other A&E firms and/or design staff, client equipment owners, researchers, and equipment manufacturers of next generation and prototype tools to build utility requirement documents to allow the development of installation design packages.

* You may also provide technical training, quality check designs, and assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process.
