| Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal Collins repairs and overhauls • Transfer and Shipments of Materials between Collins sites • Verification of accurate ECO Shipping terms • Customer Services skills; verbal, written and face to face meetings with both internal and external customers • Upload accurate data within Collins SAP ERP system and customer specific portals • Current levels of packaging materials inventory with review and approval of invoices • Document and management inventory of customer containers • Accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits • Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs • Extract data from SAP for reporting information • Creation of accurate military documents for shipments • Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements • Support customer requests, traffic activities and contract administration activities as required |
