Job Description:
The Procurement Specialist for Healthcare Linen Services Group is responsible for the day-to-day purchasing related activities, vendor management, and contract compliance.
Pay: $27–$30/hour DOE
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in procurement operations
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Maintains professionalism and handles confidential information appropriately
Responsibilities:
Review and approve purchase orders in NetSuite
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance
Monitor open orders and resolve delivery issues
Conduct invoice and tariff reviews
Track budgets and provide reporting support
Troubleshoot copier and printer issues
Manage company cell phone logistics
Resolve A/P and NetSuite-related issues
Maintain vendor database and procurement records
Assist with credit applications and COI requests
Support material orders and onboarding of new suppliers
Contract: 3–6 months, with potential to go permanent
