Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
Assist with HVAC maintenance, such as filter changes, thermostat adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues.
Maintain the grounds, including lawn care, trimming, snow removal, and general landscaping.
Conduct light janitorial duties, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and restroom maintenance.
Inspect and repair doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, and other facility components as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized workspaces.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for facility maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in facility maintenance, electrical work, HVAC, landscaping, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and plumbing.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment, including power tools and lawn care machinery.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
