Hire Up Staffing Services is in search of a Accounting Assistant for an expanding Client in the Reedley / Selma area. Duties include reviewing and matching all invoices, purchase order detail, review prior to payment, and high volume data entry. Must have experience in processing check requests and responding to all vendor inquiries. Candidate will also assist in month end closing requirements.
* Bachelors Degree Preferred
* Minimum of three years in Accounts Payable / Receivable.
* Detail oriented, organized, professional and reliable.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong skills in 10-key by touch, ability to type 40-50 wpm.
* Strong problem solving skills, knowledge in basic accounting principles, research and resolution skills and able to multi task.
