Position: Compliance Specialist II in Fresno, CA
Job description:
Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking out for a Compliance Specialist II with 5 years experience within this role. The ideal candidate needs to perform analysis and interpretation of regulatory compliance requirements. Formulates SERs and gives to Quality Assurance for entry in the SER system.
Provides updates for Master Earnings, Tax & Deduction tables, Tax Authority information file, Deposit Rules, Wage Definitions, Base; Accumulators, W-3/W-3 layouts, 1099 Layouts, State Authorities for Electronic SUI Reporting. Maintains and updates manual for earnings and deductions accumulators and codes. Prepares Quarterly and Year End release notes. Verifies EFW2 and 1099 electronic files. Updates documentation (i7) for online electronic file submission.
Pay Rate: $48k
Computer Skills:
Word Processing software & ability to type 45 wpm and 3000 ksph with minimum number of errors.
