Key Staffing is hiring on behalf of a well-established oilfield services company looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Parts Counter / Inventory Clerk. You'll support the operations team by streamlining inventory tracking and front counter processes.
Parts Counter / Inventory Clerk
Bakersfield, CA | Oilfield Services | Full-Time
Work Schedule: 7 am - 3:30 pm | Monday - Friday + Saturday OT
Pay Rate: $25 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in staff and drivers at the parts counter with inventory needs
Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and SAP
Verify incoming and outgoing trailer inventory with drivers
Support purchasing and restocking of frequently used items
Help manage inventory reports and order logs
Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and assist in transitioning duties from the yard team
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts counter roles preferred
Proficiency in basic Excel and general computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working in and around a warehouse/yard environment
Open to candidates from various professional backgrounds—training provided
