Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Tulare, CA
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (DOE)

Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in Tulare, CA is seeking a Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the food or juice production industry. This role requires an experienced, bilingual HR professional who values longevity and is passionate about supporting a high-performing, safety-focused workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
Partner with plant leadership to support staffing needs, labor relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (including Cal/OSHA).
Manage employee training programs and lead safety and development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records, benefits administration, and workers’ comp cases.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees.
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience in food manufacturing or juice production (required).
Proven track record of stability and longevity in past roles.
Fluent in Spanish and English – both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
