Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, report generation, and inventory tracking.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels by coordinating intercompany transfers and tracking product distribution.

  • Utilize Excel to maintain and analyze inventory records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and transportation providers to facilitate procurement operations.

  • Support multiple staff members with various procurement-related tasks as needed.

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining procurement documentation.


Key Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and support multiple team members effectively.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or support experience preferred.

  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.


Hours and Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday. Weekends are needed if something truly unforeseen happens.

  • Availability for daily overtime.
