Electrician

Now Hiring: Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Lost Hills, CA | Pay: $40–$60/hr | Shift: Day

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (wiring, motors, transformers, conduits, etc.)
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with internal teams to upgrade and implement electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of electrical activities and generate reports
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and thermal imaging cameras
• Mentor junior electricians and assist with training initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (technical training/apprenticeship preferred)

• Valid California Journeyman or Master Electrician license

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrician experience

• Strong knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and automation systems

• Proficient in reading electrical blueprints and NEC compliance

• Willingness to work overtime and travel for training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions

• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs., climbing equipment/stairs, and prolonged standing/walking

• Must pass a drug screen and physical

• Valid driver’s license required
