Key Staffing is seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers for a position in Firebaugh, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who can handle physically demanding tasks, consistently meet project deadlines, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and equipment.
• Assist with construction, assembly, and maintenance projects as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions and adhere to timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Operate tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or construction environment is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday, 6AM-5PM
