Key Staffing is currently hiring a Call Center Representative to join a dynamic team in Bakersfield. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.


Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 DOE


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details.
  • Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish and Punjabi) are preferred.
