Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Invoice Coordinator position in Norcross, GA. As an Invoice Coordinator you will be responsible for processing all vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, monitor past due invoices, and respond to emails. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

 

Pay: $16.00 / hour

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Understand and comply with Corporate Expectations and company policies in everything you do.

  • Communicate, model and maintain compliance with corporate expectations and policies by incorporating those behaviors into all routine interactions with associates, customers and vendors.

  • All associates are asked to be “mindful” of their personal health and expected to work safely at all times for themselves and their families. Additionally, associates are expected to “lookout” for the safety of others and immediately communicate any safety related concerns to the appropriate person(s), regardless of position or rank.

  • Assist Program Manager and Program Administrator as instructed, helping to ensure program is a productive and viable program within the company

  • Process all vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, monitor past due invoices, Monitor and respond to emails that come to the Inbox from customers, vendors, and Star Branches. 

  • Call and email vendors regarding invoices needed and add notes into the breakdown and purchase order.

  • Pull any invoices electronically from vendor’s site as needed. For example- National Tire accounts.

  • Handle conflicts professionally, properly, and report all conflicts to Vendor Manager to ensure proper follow up is executed.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent ability to “multi-task”

  • Conflict resolution skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Good understanding of maintenance practices/procedures within our industry

  • Experience in managing and working with vendors

  • Problem solving

  • Ability to work independently
