Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Human Resources Coordinator job in Atlanta, GA. The HR Coordinator would be responsible for delivering client support to a client base that includes both exempt and nonexempt employees in multiple functions and departments. Talent Acquisition Administrative Support: 50%

  • Support the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for all positions

  • Schedule internal and external candidates for interviews

  • Facilitate assessment process

  • Serve as point of contact for candidates and ensure exceptional experience

  • Collect and file interview feedback for each candidate

  • Maintain confidential job files, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity

  • Conduct reference checks as needed


Employee and Contractor Onboarding: 30%

  • Complete offer letter and supporting materials to include benefit summaries, onboarding instructions, etc.

  • Background check submission and follow through

  • New hire preparation (system access setup, equipment requests, HRIS/payroll setup)

  • 1st day new hire paperwork & orientation

  • Employment eligibility verification

  • Contingent worker onboarding and compliance

  • Employee and contingent worker offboarding support (e.g., disabling systems access, updating records, etc.)


Ad Hoc Support: 20%

  • Maintain organizational charts and provide headcount reporting

  • Process all HRIS paperwork for personnel changes

  • Process candidate and department expense reports

  • Maintain and order department supplies as needed

  • Meeting coordination and scheduling as needed

  • Provide timekeeping training and support to nonexempt employees

  • Ensure corporate standards, as well as Human Resources standards, practices, and compliances are consistently upheld

  • Provide additional support as needed to various projects within Human Resources



  • Exceptional customer service with a positive and forward-thinking approach

  • Must have the proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, deadlines, and initiatives with a strong level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and propose solutions

  • Must be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Previous human resources experience including recruiting and hiring preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred


Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
