Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Clerk position.
Monitor Fulfillment/Transfer Workbench and generate pick lists.
Prioritize workflow according to urgency and communicate with Material Handlers.
Prepare shipping documentation.
Prepare Material Receipt documentation
Communicate with CSRs, Sales, and Management as appropriate to resolve or escalate issues to best service the customer.
Daily scan shipping / receiving documentation to Document Management (DocStar).
File shipping / receiving records.
Maintain Open Order report – daily.
Maintain Open Pack ID report – daily.
Assist in resolution of inventory discrepancies and shipping or receiving errors.
Contact Carrier(s) to schedule pickup and follow up on service issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with logistics – warehouse management.
Experience in giving direction to warehouse personnel.
Experience with Inventory / Quality Control business practices.
Shift: M/F 8:00am - 5:00pm
There may be some opportunity for OT.
Schedule flexibility is a must.
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
