Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Clerk position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Fulfillment/Transfer Workbench and generate pick lists.

  • Prioritize workflow according to urgency and communicate with Material Handlers.

  • Prepare shipping documentation.

  • Prepare Material Receipt documentation

  • Communicate with CSRs, Sales, and Management as appropriate to resolve or escalate issues to best service the customer.

  • Daily scan shipping / receiving documentation to Document Management (DocStar).

  • File shipping / receiving records.

  • Maintain Open Order report – daily.

  • Maintain Open Pack ID report – daily. 

  • Assist in resolution of inventory discrepancies and shipping or receiving errors.

  • Contact Carrier(s) to schedule pickup and follow up on service issues.

 

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience:

Experience with logistics – warehouse management.

Experience in giving direction to warehouse personnel.

Experience with Inventory / Quality Control business practices. 

 

Shift: M/F  8:00am - 5:00pm 

There may be some opportunity for OT. 

Schedule flexibility is a must.

 

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
