Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Office Coordinator job for a Construction office in Sandy Springs, GA. This is a FMLA temporary opportunity. Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Create vendor work orders for new property acquisitions as directed by make ready team members

  • Dispatch all approved scopes to vendors for renovation work such as granite, flooring, cleans, etc.

  • Coordinate with the subcontractors and vendors to ensure all steps of the renovation process are completed within the approved scope of work

  • Ensure data, photos, etc., are input into the appropriate system for completed properties

  • Ensure all utilities are started at newly acquired properties or at tenant move out properties

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

  • Current state Real Estate License

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently communicate with internal and external customers

  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignment to completion

 

Experience:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in Residential Construction or Renovation Management

  • 1-3 years of experience working with General Contractors and/or Subcontractors

  • Experience with Construction Management software is a plus

 

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma of GED required

 

 

Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
