Position: Loader

Pay: $19.00 /hourly

Location: Tracy, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 5pm start time 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Loader to join our logistics team. The Loader will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and products onto and from delivery vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Proper completion and assembling of exterior and interior doors.
• Prep all trim materials i.e. jamb legs ready for assembly.
• Must know how to use a tape measure and read measurements accurately
• Receive all deliveries and make sure it is inventoried correctly.
• Pack material scheduled for delivery.
• Deliver materials to job sites as required.
• Make every effort to provide a clean and professional door shop.
• Practice all safety precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Always notify the Warehouse Floor Manager or Human Resource Manager if any unsafe situation arises.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license - will be required weekly to drive a vehicle for company operational needs.
• Must be able to use tools.
• Must be able to pack heavy materials and bend for strapping etc.
