Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental and organizational objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency with calendar tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar) and office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
