Pipefitter Responsibilities Include:

• Install industrial piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, condensed water.
• Must be versed with multiple materials of pipe (Stainless, Carbon Steel, Copper, RIGID etc.)
• Cutting or boring holes in structures
• Fabricate pipe supports.
• Troubleshooting problems
• Inspecting, examining, or testing installed systems or pipelines

Pipefitter Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of pipefitter equipment and power tools
• Tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to job sites
• Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset
• Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift
• Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform mathematical calculations pertaining to the manipulation of angles such as rolling offsets, cutback of fittings, and takeout between welds and other fits

Schedule:

10 hour shift

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
