Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Distribution Order Admin/Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating distribution orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage distribution orders.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and create reports.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies and issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF-THEN formulas, and pivot tables.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
