Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Distribution Order Admin/Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating distribution orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Responsibilities:

Process and manage distribution orders.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and create reports.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and resolve order discrepancies and issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF-THEN formulas, and pivot tables.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
