Recruiter – Racine/Kenosha Offices
We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you'll source, interview, and place candidates across semi-skilled, general labor. You'll also build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Interview and match candidates to open roles

• Support client staffing needs and follow-ups

• Handle orientations, onboarding, and compliance

• Work between Racine and Kenosha offices

• 1st shift with partial late-night check-ins

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Organized and able to do several things, work unsupervised with high productivity.

• Experience with recruiting or staffing is a plus
