Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for applying a flawless finish? Are you a safety-conscious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you on our team!

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Painter to join our growing production team. In this multi-skilled role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and timely completion of our painted products. You'll be responsible for applying a variety of coatings to manufactured goods and structures, utilizing various techniques and equipment.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect items for defects and ensure a smooth painting surface.

  • Mix and match paints to achieve the perfect color and consistency as per customer specifications.

  • Operate painting equipment, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes, with precision and efficiency.

  • Maintain a watchful eye on the painting process, identify any flaws, and promptly address them.

  • Operate overhead cranes and lifting devices to safely move materials and equipment.

  • Prepare finished products for shipping by racking them on skids and transferring them to designated areas.

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment by maintaining the paint booth, equipment, and keeping track of paint supplies.

  • Document paint usage and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

  • Become a valuable asset to our team by taking initiative and readily adapting to new situations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts (or willingness to obtain certification).

  • The ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.

  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production painting environment (experience in residential, carpentry, or commercial painting is not transferable).

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial production painting environment (prior experience in residential, carpentry or commercial painting is not transferable).

  • The ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • The ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.

  • A flexible and adaptable work style that thrives in a changing environment.

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • A strong commitment to safety practices.
