Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects and supporting the bidding process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity takeoffs for various construction divisions.

• Analyze site information, geographical considerations, and labor parameters.

• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.

• Prepare and submit detailed proposals to clients.

• Review bid plans, specifications, and ITBs.

• Coordinate with project coordinators and subcontractors.

• Investigate potential problems and additional costs.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in drafting or construction-related field preferred.

• Previous construction experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Drafting or AutoCAD experience preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
