We are looking for a Construction Estimating Manager to lead our team of estimators and help shape the next generation of modular building solutions. If you’re a strategic thinker with a deep knowledge of construction and a passion for innovation, we’d love to meet you.

As Estimating Manager, you’ll oversee and develop a team of 3–4 estimators. You’ll drive process improvements, refine our software tools, and ensure pricing and scopes of work are accurate, thoughtful, and timely. You’ll also work closely with operations and business development to deliver top-tier service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing the estimating team.

• Vetting and assigning incoming projects.

• Reviewing and refining scopes of work and ROM pricing.

• Evaluating and improving estimating tools and workflows.

• Building strong internal and external relationships.

• Collaborating with business development and operations on project planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry plus 7+ years of managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, and methodologies.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

• Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving instincts.

• Passion for learning and innovating within the modular construction space.

• Familiarity with Sage, ProEst, Autodesk Build, Revit, RS Means, and/or similar systems.
