A local metal recycling company is looking to add a Metal Buyer to their team. This is a full-time position on day shift paying $19/hr.

Responsibilities include:

• Move product or materials in and out of the warehouse-using forklift.

• Assist in the quoting/buying of various metals

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Willing to perform other incidental duties as required and assigned by management.

Skills and attributes:

• Knowlege of specific metals and have the ability to differentiate between them.

• Strong ability to operate a forklift and perform multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain composure in a stressful work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Working in an outdoor/warehouse environment.

• Frequent lifting, frequent computer dexterity; pushing, pulling, walking, climbing stairs, standing, kneeling, twisting, vision, hearing, talking.

• Must be able to lift up to 49lbs unassisted.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
