Essential Functions Include:

Prioritizes, allocates, and completes service requests timely

??Training and development of the community maintenance team

??Capital Project Management

??Monitor expenditures according to community budget

??Ensures that the community is clean and well maintained

??Utilizes troubleshooting skills to address a variety of residential service requests timely
and efficiently -
??Prepares apartment homes for future residents, ensures that each apartment is move-in ready according to company standard
-
??Performs routine preventive maintenance throughout the community
-
??Maintains material and supply inventories
-
Oversees work that is performed by outside contractors
-
??Ensures that unresolved maintenance issues and/or concerns are reported to the Management Team as soon as possible
-
??Ability to work on-call hours/rotating weekends
Job Requirements:
-
??Must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role - facilities mainte-nance/property management field is required
-
??Dedicated to providing exceptional service for our residents and community
-
??Demonstrates thoroughness, accuracy, organization, and adherence to company policy in accomplishing tasks
-
??EPA Certification is encouraged, but not required
-
??Candidates must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening and background check
-
Ability to handle the physical workload (ex. frequent bending, standing, lifting -40lbs)

??Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently

Must be ready and willing to lead and train a team, and is a team player
