Essential Functions Include:

?Oversees all day-to-day operations of the community

??Monitors all sales and leasing activity

??Monitors community performance and explains variances against the established budget
-
??Greets and tours sales and leasing prospects
-
??Oversees resident move-ins/move-outs
-
??Works to achieve high resident renewal rates and positive community reviews
-
??Oversees delinquency collections
-
??Manages the A/P process including invoicing and coding review
-
??Assists in coordinating resident events
-
??Participates in marketing campaigns for print, on-line, and direct mail advertising
-
?Directs and works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team to resolve is-
sues -
Supervises, trains, and motivates staff to ensure excellent customer service
-
??Develops and maintains vendor relationships
Job Requirements:
-
??Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate development, or related field preferred.
-
??Minimum of 5+ years of onsite property management experience required.
-
??The RPM will be required to travel to all property locations on a regular basis.
-
??Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local, and Fair Housing policies.
-
??CAM or PM designation preferred
-
??Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
-
??Ability to effectively manage teams and develop strategic solutions to issues.

??Financial management experience
-
??Ability to understand and respect the values and beliefs of all team members.

??Proficiency in MS Office Suite and OneSite (preferred)
