Maintenance Technician

Essential Functions Include:

• Responsible for the general upkeep/maintenance of the community and its facilities including the

community clubhouse, pool, and any other amenities.

• Performs basic appliance, electrical, and HVAC repairs and replacements.

• Performs basic locksmith duties.

• Completes required service request documentation, and documents the status of work orders Offers ideas and suggestions for improving the community

• ??Responsible for on-call resident emergencies (on-call rotation)

• ??Assists Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with additional tasks as requested

• ??Projects a professional, positive, and friendly demeanor to all residents and team members

• ??Ability to multi-task

• ??Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (on-call issues)

Job Requirements:

• ??High School diploma or GED equivalent

• ??Two years of property maintenance experience

• Basic computer skills

• ??HVAC certified

• CPO certified
