Essential Functions Include:

Greets all prospective residents and responds to all phone/internet leads.

Completes guest cards and performs follow-up activities.

Shows apartments to prospective residents and effectively highlights the amenities and benefits
of living in our community.

Completes guest cards and performs follow-up activities.

Reviews lease applications and assists with the verification process.?

Closes sales and secures leases.
-
Completes all lease paperwork.
-
Keeps accurate leasing activity records and files appropriate reports.
-
Complies with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
-
Monitors concessions and changes in availability.
-
Implements marketing plans through telephone contacts and outside marketing sources.
-
Offers ideas for improving the physical property and marketing the community.
-
Inspects grounds when out and reports service needs to Maintenance Supervisor & Community
Manager.

Inspects vacancies for readiness.
-
Assists Community Manager/Assistant Manager with additional tasks as requested.

Is available to work Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and be available to work 2-3 weekends per month on a rotating basis.
