Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • ??Monitoring/assisting in all leasing activity

  • Processing move-ins/move-outs

  • ??Reviewing and monitoring resident renewals

  • ?Overseeing resident billings and delinquency collections

  • ?Daily and weekly property status reporting

  • ??Scanning and entering bank deposits

  • ??Processing accounts payable invoices

  • Coordinating resident events

  • Participating in marketing campaigns for print, on-line, and direct mailing adver-

  • ??Working with maintenance team on community/grounds-related issues

  • Supervising and motivating the leasing team to ensure excellent customer service

 

Requirements:

  • ??High School diploma/equivalent

  • ??Must have 2-4 years of residential property management experience

  • ?Able to multi-task and maintain a positive enthusiastic attitude

  • ??Must be detail-oriented and organized

  • ??Can demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Be available to work some Saturdays

  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background

 

Software Knowledge Requirements:

  • ??Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • ??Experience using property management software (OneSite preferred)
