Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, attracting top talent, and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Employee Relations and Engagement

 

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, policy adherence, teamwork, and employee recognition programs.

 

- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

 

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and promote a positive company culture.

 

 

Performance Management:

 

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

 

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

 

- Identify opportunities for training and development to enhance employee skills and performance.

 

 

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

 

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

 

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

 

- Keep abreast of HR best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.

 

 

 

HR Administration and Reporting:

 

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

 

- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to monitor key HR indicators and trends.

 

- Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and employee inquiries.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Paylocity experience required.

 

- Ability to start immediately.

 

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources desired but experience equivalent

 

- Progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.

 

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 

- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
