We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR Administrator to support our team in Arvin, CA on a temporary basis. This role will provide administrative support across Human Resources functions, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, and supporting HR and safety initiatives.
Job Title: HR Administrator (Temporary – 4 to 5 Months)
Location: Arvin, CA
Schedule: (Monday–Friday), with flexibility for overtime and weekends
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in HR functions, including onboarding, employee file maintenance, and data entry.
- Assist with HR compliance requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support employee communication and engagement, ensuring effective bilingual (English/Spanish) assistance.
- Partner with management to support safety initiatives, training, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and other HR-related processes.
- Provide support on special HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
- 1–2 years of HR administrative experience preferred.
- Safety and compliance experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
